They tell you one thing but do another when they get to your house. I’m so angry for the disrespect and dishonesty I need to have back the extra that was charged due to their deception. I ended up paying $7820 instead of $4525. This has cost me so much money when I could have used a cheaper company but was promised that they would give me for less than the other company. Why didn’t they tell me that I needed a bigger truck instead of trying to scam me with putting a quarter of my furniture to say I needed to pay more. 6:30 am the next morning they came with a bigger truck and pick up some stuff and I was told that when a truck was coming to Georgia I would get the rest of my stuff but was not able to give me a date.
I was told that they would pick up the rest of the stuff the next day. and still dad to leave some of my things because the truck wasn’t big enough. I told them to take off the few things that was loaded and was told that would be a delivery if I did that. I started crying and asked if they were crazy and told them that I don’t have that amount of money. They brought a 33ft truck( I was told) and after putting some boxes and one bedroom set, three piece living room furniture, they told me the truck was filled to 26ft, which was half of the truck, and I had to pay $3500 more to put the rest of the furniture in the truck. After booking with them, the truck came to my house on the 2/6/23. She told me that I would need a 26ft truck which would fit my belongings. I told her that I had a three bedroom house to move. She gave me a quote after contacting me on numerous occasions of $4525 for relocation. I spoke with ***** for weeks about a quote for relocation from ny to Georgia.
